A psychological examination of the offender by the Medical Committee in February last year showed that he was aware of the nature of the examination. He was initially uncooperative, very angry, aggressive and irritated by the examiners, after several attempts by the examiners he began to respond.
He did not have the signs of acute emotional disturbance, but the emotion of anger prevailed throughout the examination period. He stated all the details of his crime and in the chronological order, showing that he was conscious and aware of the nature of the act committed. Examiners noted that the defendant suffers from an obvious weakness in anger management.
