Dubai: The Address Downtown hotel renovation nearing completion

The renovation of the Address Downtown Hotel is nearing completion, with all work expected to be completed over the next three months in preparation for the re-opening and re-operation during the third quarter of this year.

In response to Al Khaleej, a spokesman for Emaar stated: “We have good news for the public within weeks.”

Emaar has appointed the DTCO Group to renovate the Downtown Address, which caught fire hours before the start of the New Year in 2016.

The building consists of 63 floors and has a height of 302 meters, and is one of the high-rise hotels in the area of ​​Burj Khalifa.The company had previously received two-installments of insurance compensation around AED 1.22 billion.
