Dubai continues to be unique in the world by being selected as one of the top five cities to visit in 2018, coming in third after Paris and London, followed by New York and Bangkok.
“Headlines of Today”, the world’s leading travel and technology platform, stated that Dubai is famous for its exquisite architecture and artificial islands.
“Dubai is still young and still living in a stage of development and growth, and its development puts it in the same position as one of the world’s most prestigious real estate centers, such as London and New York,” said Maria Morris, an analyst at Knight Frank, a real estate and research firm.
“One of the most prominent features of Dubai’s real estate development is that its urban landscape and aesthetic appearance are constantly changing,” said Morris, who heads luxury residential real estate projects for the Middle East and East Africa at Knight Frank. “Dubai is developing an approach not only to the construction of new buildings with spectacular views, but also to creating comprehensive offerings for its customers” she added.
One of the most appealing areas in Dubai is Palm Jumeirah, Downtown Dubai and the Dubai International Financial Center.
“Downtown Dubai stands out as Dubai’s best buying region for real estate investment and will see further growth, while Palm Jumeirah is Dubai’s best-end destination for consumers.
