Sharjah: Asian man on trial after causing a disability for his colleague

Sharjah’s criminal court has considered he case of an Asian who is accused of beating a colleague, causing him a permanent disability.

The details of the case reveal that the accused, who was under the influence of Alcohol, beat the victim, causing him a permanent disability, and damaging a vehicle owned by a commercial company.

The court postponed the case to August 8th, and sent the victim him to forensic to assess the extent of damage done to him.

The court also considered another case of an Asian, accused of assaulting another, forcing him to ride his vehicle, taking him to another emirate, and beating him, resulting in injuries that made him unable to do his personal work for 20 days.
