According to the National Center of Meteorology (NCM), the weather on Friday and Saturday would generally be cloudy / partly cloudy, with clouds increasing in some southern and eastern areas, and temperatures would gradually decrease. The weather in the country will be fair in general. Light to moderate winds will blow in general, causing blowing of dust.
The sea will be moderate in the Arabian Gulf and slight to moderate in the Oman sea.
According to the Public Authority for Civil Aviation in Oman, the tropical cyclone Luban continues its movement towards the Yemen coast near Dhofar coastal areas. The direct impact with heavy rainfall, flash floods and windstorm is predicted for 13 October, 2018, however, the cyclone is expected to have no direct effect on the UAE.
