Dubai: Couple forge birth certificate for their love child

Dubai Public Prosecution, referred a 48-year-old GCC employee and his 31-year-old Asian girlfriend to Dubai Criminal Court after they were convicted of three charges. One of which is having illicit sexual relation that resulted in a love child.

The couple also forged a birth certificate using a fake marriage contract in the woman’s name and another man’s. The defendants admitted of the charges against them, the forensic report also showed that the result of the DNA sample taken from the accused was positive confirming that he is indeed the biological father of the child.
