Fujairah Police clarifies news on passenger plane on the emirate’s corniche

The General Command of Fujairah Police has denied news of a passenger plane that had allegedly landed on the emirate’s Corniche, stating that the plane is only a structure that is out of service and is currently being transported from Fujairah International Airport to the port to be transported to a GCC country, for commercial purposes.

Fujairah police urge the public to be more careful in sharing news, and to exclusively share trusted news from official sources, as such false news may have an impact on the resident’s sense of safety.
