Ajman: Asian man siezed within 12 hours of his murder crime, attempting to flee the country

The efforts of the criminal investigation team of Ajman Police resulted in the arrest of an Asian killer in his thirties. The man was preparing to flee the country through an airport in less than 12 hours after he committed the worst murder in the central region of Nuaimia recently by killing a young man “his sister’s ex-husband” of his own nationality in his mid-thirties. The accused threw several stabs at the victim with a knife, the victim was then transferred by the national ambulance to Al Qassimi hospital in Sharjah but died due to his severe wounds.

The Director of the Criminal Investigation Department stated that the major lead in this crime was actually a statement said by the victim right before his death, where he kept repeating the name of the murderer many times, investigators went back to the surveillance cameras in the building and the streets leading to it, the man was then identified and a report was made to all airports and ports of the country with the accused’s image.

The director of the Criminal Investigation Department stated that the presence of surveillance cameras in buildings and main streets in Ajman contributed to the identification of suspects in many of the crimes that occurred in the Emirate.
