Dubai: Hairstylist defrauds businesswoman with a “magical mixture”

A businesswoman was a victim of a hairstylist who convinced her that she has enough experience in this field and that she has secret mixtures that restore hair’s shine and strength. The victim agreed with enthusiasm thinking she was going to get the promised result.

The stylist prepared her secret mixture of concentrated chemicals and dyes and placed them on the businesswoman’s hair for six whole hours. Then she washed the hair and placed another dye on her hair. However, the result was catastrophic, as she washed her hair, the victim discovered that the white hair she wanted to cover actually spread more, her hair also started falling off and getting damaged. She immediately reported to the police, who arrested the fraudulent woman.

According to Dubai Police Forensics report, after examining the victim’s hair, hair follicles were found to have lost color compared to the rest of the hair. They were also severely damaged due to exposure to strong chemicals.
