Dubai: Two women acquitted of embezzling Dh1.5 million from a cafe

Dubai Criminal Court acquitted two women of embezzling 1.5 million dirhams where one of the accused is a partner and the second is a partner.

Upon investigations, the second defendant (cafe manager) stated that she doesn’t know any of the case parties, she did not enter the cafe at all and she was unaware that her sister put down her name as a manager of the cafe.
