A school in Dubai (Gems Wellington on Al Khail Road) went into lockdown when an intruder allegedly entered the premises early this morning. All students were safe.
According to a tweet on the official twitter account of Dubai Police, a Latin woman, in her 30s, used her access card (as a parent of a student) to enter the school and performed a suspicious activity on the premises before leaving the location.
Police said that she left a detergent bottle in the school. Upon investigations, police stated that she had entered the premises with a medical mask on and cleaning gear with the intention of teaching the workers how to clean the school.
