20 special EXPO car number plates up for grabs at Dubai auction

Roads and Transport Authority (Dubai) is offering exclusive number plates in its forthcoming 102nd open auction, including special 20 EXPO coded plates.

In a series of tweets on Friday, RTA announced that it will be offering 100 exclusive car registration plates encompassing two, three, four and five-digits in its forthcoming 102nd Open Auction.

Plates on offer bear (H-I-K-L-M-N-O-P-Q-R-S-T-U-V-W-X-Z) codes.

The auction will include 20 plates coded EXPO offered for the first time – celebrating the upcoming Expo 2020 Dubai, which opens on October 20 next year.

Registration for the auction starts on September 22, with bidding kicking-off at 4:30 pm on September 28 at InterContinental Dubai-Festival City Hotel.
