Asian man stole AED 1500 to pay the rent

Fujairah Misdemeanor Court looked into the case of two Asian men after being charged with “theft”
The second defendant had rented a part of his residence to the first defendant for AED1500 monthly. In the latest month, the first defendant failed to pay the rent and was obliged by the lessor to settle the amount without accepting his excuses.

The first defendant told the second that he could help him pay the rent by stealing a house where he worked previously as a maintenance worker. The second defendant accepted and he went for watching and monitoring the house residents while the first defendant entered and stole AED1500 and both had managed to escape unnoticed.

The police checked the surveillance footage of the cameras installed in the shop next to the house and was able to identify the criminals and arrest them.
