Video/ Rainfall over Fujairah, Khorfakkan and the eastern coast of the country
On Sunday, Fujairah, Khorfakkan and the eastern coastal areas of the country witnessed moderate to heavy rain associated with a decrease in temperatures.
Heavy rains were centered in Khorfakkan which led to the flow of some canyons, while it ranged between moderate to heavy on the cities and regions over the eastern coast, which contributed to the flow of a number of valleys and mountain paths.
Major General Mohammed Ahmed bin Ghanem Al-Kaabi, Commander-in-Chief of Fujairah Police confirmed that despite the heavy rains no damages or traffic accidents were recorded.
