Three GCC nationals accused of forging the kinship of a child

Two GCC men and woman appeared before Fujairah Court of Appeal after being charged of forging and using an official document to prove the kinship of a child.

The case details, according to the public prosecution, the defendants committed a charge of forging an official document issued by the Preventive Medicine Department to prove the kinship of a child. Where they used the document to issue for the child birth certificate, family book, passport and registred the child in ministry of education for admission in one of the schools.

The defendants denied the four charges against them before the court, while the court had set a subsequent hearing to continue the procedures of the case.
