The spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) around the world has raised many decisions and precautions to curb the virus outbreak.
Get to know the most important preventive measures taken by some countries around the world today:
– UAE has temporarily suspended the issuance of all types of visas starting from March 17, with the exception to the diplomatic passports and prohibited hotel establishments and wedding halls from conducting any functions starting from towmorrow in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Sharjah until the end of month, the suspension of all cinema theatres in Abu Dhabi.
– Jordan announces the suspension of schools and universities starting from tomorrow, and will close marine, air and land ports from Tuesday and cease congregational prayers in mosques and churches.
– Apple closes all its stores outside China temporarily until March 27 and plans to allocate $15 million to help the world in combating Corona Virus.
– US President says he has been tested for Corona virus and is waiting for the results.
– Saudi Arabia decided to suspend international flights for two weeks starting from tomorrow and decided to suspend suspension of sports activity and closure of private gymnasiums and fitness centers.
– Sultanate of Oman announces the suspension of the studies in educational institutes for a month.
