10 years in prison for an Arab defendant who ran over a man

Ras al-Khaimah court of causation rejects the appeal of an Arab defendant who intentionally ran over a man causing him injuries leading to his death. The court upheld the verdict of 10 years imprisonment, payment of AED 200,000 as a legal blood for the victim’s heirs, and a fine of AED 500 for driving an expired registration vehicle, in addition to AED 100 followed by deportation.
