Stranded residents will automatically be granted ICA pre-approval

NCEMA and ICA have adopted the second phase of the resident’s return starting from today by automatically approving the pre-approval requests without the need to submit an application, in conjunction with the end of the summer vacation for educational institutions and the return of commercial activities, social and services facilities.
