Dubai Police honour Emirati for returning 15,000 to Expo Lost & Found Point

The Dubai Police General Command has recently honoured an Emirati citizen for his honesty and good conduct after returning a wallet containing a significant amount of cash and official documents. 

The honest man, Khalid Mohammad Jasem Al Hosni, was honoured in a ceremony attended by Expert Major General Khalil Ibrahim Al Mansouri, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Criminal Investigation Affairs, and several officers.

Maj. Gen. Al Mansouri praised Al Hosni’s honesty and expressed his appreciation for cooperating with the police.

 “Al  Hosni found a wallet containing DH15,000 cash and official documents during his visit to Expo 2020.” “He handed over the found valuables immediately to one of the Lost & Found points in the Exhibition,” Al Mansouri added.

Maj. Gen. Al Mansouri reaffirmed that this honour comes in line with Dubai Police’s keenness to show appreciation to all contributors and co-operators with police work for their positive roles in the community.

Assistant Commander-in-Chief confirmed that the valuables were safely returned to their rightful owner. 

From his part, the Emirati citizen thanked the Dubai Police for honouring him, assured that this honour gives him pride and joy and reminded everyone always to be responsible and honest.
