“Sharjah Human Resources” announces that the competent authority in the government entity may allow the female employee to work remotely if she has a child in the school at the sixth grade or less, and is attending distance learning during the second semester that began on January 3, 2022, according to the following regulations:
– The assigned job can be performed remotely without affecting the workflow of the government entity.
– In case the employee has no one to follow up with their children during the distance learning days.
