Global COVID-19 cases cross 463.62 million

More than 463.62 million people have been reported to be infected by the coronavirus globally, and 6,446,835 have died, according to a Reuters tally on Friday.

Infections have been reported in more than 210 countries and territories since the first cases were identified in December 2019.
