Jesus hit four goals as Man City slash Watford to take the lead on top

Four goals from Brazil forward Gabriel Jesus ensured Manchester City a 5-1 win over relegation-battered Watford on Saturday, a victory that gave Pep Guardiola’s side four points clear of the top of the Premier League standings.

Watford then briefly threatened before French defender Hassan Kamara scored his first goal in English football.

The sweeping victory lifted champions City to 80 points from 33 matches played, four points ahead of Liverpool ahead of the latter’s Merseyside derby Sunday.
