Oman lifts all “COVID-19” precautionary measures

The Supreme Committee to deal with COVID-19 decides to lift all precautionary measures  in all places and for all activities, Oman News Agency (ONA), said.

The Supreme Committee calls on members of society to continue to adhere to the preventive health measures and in the event of a fever or any respiratory symptoms, to stay at home, not to meet with others, and to wear a mask in case of contact with a patient.

The Supreme Committee urged everyone, especially the elderly, people with chronic diseases and those with immunodeficiency, to adhere to wearing a mask in closed places and for citizens and residents to receive the booster dose of the vaccine.

The Committee commended the constructive role of government, private and civil agencies in dealing with preventive measures and measures, and the contributions they made to limit the spread of the pandemic.
