Five students injured in a multiple vehicle collision in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi Police: Traffic accident between 7 vehicles and a bus carrying students occurred at 9:30 am next to Al Maqta Bridge towards the inside of the Emirate. The accident “resulted in 5 minor injuries, they were taken to hospital for treatment and then went back to their homes.

Lt. Col. Jaber Saeedan Al Mansouri, Head of Traffic Accident Investigation Department at Traffic and Patrols Department at Abu Dhabi Police, attributed the urged all motorists to maintain a suitable distance between vehicles to avoid such accidents.

The command and control centers of the Operations Department at the Central Operations Sector in Abu Dhabi Police received a report today of the incident. Police patrols and ambulance were immediately dispatched to the site of the accident.
