Al-Awqaf calls for the “Eclipse Prayer” on Thursday

The General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Endowments announced that the Eclipse Prayer across the UAE will be held on Thursday, December 26th, at 7:40 am in Sheikh Zayed mosques in each emirate and in other major mosques.

The UAE and parts of the Gulf region will witness an annular solar eclipse which is a rare astronomical phenomenon on the coming Thursday morning.
