An employee refuses her transfer and demands promotion

The Federal Supreme Court referred a case filed by a university employee to the Court of Appeal for further consideration. The plaintiff stated that she had worked in the university for 15 years as a social supervisor, and was surprised by her transfer without justification and appointing a new employee in the position of head of the Student Affairs Department while she was qualified to fill this position.

Then she was referred to discipline committee who decided to deduct quarter her salary for two months.
