An Asian man was acquitted from deceiving an elderly

Sharjah Criminal Court acquitted an Asian man who was accused of embezzling AED 30,000 from an Asian elderly and forging official documents in exchange for a job for the complainant’s son and bringing him from his homeland.

The accused denied the charges against him and stated that the complainant had loaned him the amount to return it to him with interest, and after a few days he asked for it, and he repaid it to him while the complainant confirmed before the court that the accused gave him the amount fully.
