MOHAP reports new coronavirus cases

Dr. Farida Al Hosani, the official spokesperson for the health sector in the country: 41 new cases of coronavirus has been reported bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 61.

The ministry also announced two deaths due to the virus, the first case for 48 years-old Arab man, and the other case for 42-years-old Asian man, and the recovery of 3 new cases.

Through investigations, one of the previously reported cases in the country was in direct contact with others and caused the infection of 36 cases, Dr. Farida Al Hosani added.

Dr. Amna Al-Dahhak, the official spokesperson for the Ministry of Education: Under the directives of the UAE cabinet, the distance learning system continues until the end of the current academic year 2019-2020, in all public and private schools and higher education institutions in the country.
