DHA responds to a father’s complaint regarding his son’s treatment

Dubai Health Authority (DHA) responded to the complaint of a child’s father, broadcasted in a private video on social media, inwhich he complained of the procrastination in the travel procedures for the treatment of his son abroad. He also complained of not providing a business class seat for his son in his treatment trip to America.

 

DHA responded to the father’s desire for his son to travel to America for treatment, although his needed treatment is available in many other countries around the world, asserting that all officials spared no effort in providing services that exceed the father’s expectations.
