The gradual reopening of mosques and places of worship in industrial cities

The “General Authority of Islamic Affairs and Endowments” and “National Emergencies, Crises and Disaster Management Authority” announce the beginning of the gradual reopening of mosques and places of worship in industrial and labor cities at a capacity of 30% while adhering to health and preventive guidelines.

The authorities stressed on the implementation of all precautionary and preventive measures before the reopening which includes 3 meters physical distancing between the worshipers, prohibition of gatherings and hand shaking, in addition to hand sanitizing before entering the mosques and places of worship, and wearing masks during prayers.

Worshipers must read from digital Quran, use their personal praying mat and download “Al Hosn” App on their smart phones.
