Ajman: 22-year-old left with a broken nose after she got beaten by her mother

A Khaleeji 22-year-old female disobeyed her mother and left her work opposing to what her mother’s wishes, in an incident that required the intervention of “Himaya Association”, the children’s protection institution and the social support center in Ajman.

The association called for stopping the violence that lasted until the mother broke her 22-year-old daughter’s nose. The girl lost her consciousness, however, that didn’t make her mother stop, but she woke her up and continued beating her. The girl eventually resorted to the “Himaya” association in Ajman to end her suffering.

The girl, along with her five sisters, aged between 6 and 18, have been lovong with their mother and stepfather after their mother separated from her their birth father, who is living outside the country and knows nothing about his daughters after he got married to a second wife.

Himaya association called on all parents to pay attention to their children and raise awareness of the importance of appropriate behavior, while taking the right decisions that are in their interest.
