An Arab man took advantage of the few minutes an Arab girl in her twenties left her car engine on and went in her house to steal her vehicle and drive it to Dubai, surprisingly, he returned the car to the same location after about 5 hours.
The owner of the vehicle, Mahmoud Marwan, stated that the incident took place at about 10:00 PM when his sister came to her father’s house, and left her vehicle’s engine running with her mobile phone inside and about 70 Dirhams. After a few minutes, she left the house to notice that her car disappeared.
He added that the thief responded to the sister’s phone, which was in the car by mistake and gave his first name, he then closed the phone, which allowed to identify his name and nationality. He also used the money in the vehicle to fuel the car and left the remaining amount in the vehicle. He surprised the owners by returning the car to the house at 3:00AM. Relevant authorities took over from there to raise the fingerprints and identify the thief.
