The Fujairah court recieved a case of a GCC national, who allegedly kidnapped and assaulted a 20-year-old girl. The details of the case revealed that the complainant claimed that she was standing in the street, when the accused stopped his car and offered her a ride. She then accepted and got in the front seat of his car.
On the way, he began harassing, assaulting, and raping her.
The court adjourned the case for sentencing next week.
