The Operations Room of the General Directorate of Kalba Police in the Emirate of Sharjah received a report that a refrigerator has fallen on an Emirati child in a house in the city of Kalba on Friday.
The police and the national ambulance rushed to rescue the Six-year-old girl. She was in critical condition. She was taken to hospital but was announced dead despite the doctor’s efforts to save her life.
Criminal Investigation Dept. team visited the site to gather evidence on how the incident occurred. The case has been referred to public prosecution for further investigation.
